What are Profiles?

Profiles are an organization tool. Each profile represents a set of your saved preferences and search parameters.

Many users - for example creative agencies, or those who track multiple products - find it's helpful to keep distinct profiles to track multiple marketing campaigns, track different products, or separate searches by timeframe. Others maintain just a single profile and group all their searches under that identity.

Within each profile, you can run as many searches as you need.

What are Simultaneous Stored Results?

When you run reports in SM2, the system scans our entire database and returns the most relevant posts for your search. Your simultaneous stored result limit determines the maximum number of posts you can analyze at any given time.

You can run as many searches as you like: When you hit your limit, simply clear results and search again.

But if you frequently search across long timeframes, or run broad queries, you may find you want to upgrade your plan to make more search results available for analysis. This is only available on the Gold Plan. See details.

Plan Details

Each plan gives you full access to the SM2 database and analysis tools via your web browser. The difference between Gold and Silver is the number of search results your account can store simultaneously.
